By submitting this booking, the shipper acknowledges and agrees that the goods described herein will be tendered in apparent good order and condition (except as otherwise noted) for carriage subject to Everts Air’s Conditions of Contract, available at www.EvertsAir.com. The shipper further acknowledges that limitations of liability apply to this shipment. At the time of tender, the shipper may elect to declare a higher value for carriage and pay any applicable supplemental charge to obtain increased liability coverage.
